On Thursday, September 26th 2019 we held our Creative Careers event in Daniels Auditorium. This event highlighted the opportunities for concentrations in liberal arts, marketing, business communication as well as entrepreneurship. We had 7 table hosts that shared their career paths, backgrounds and information on their businesses with our students. In total, our Creative Careers event hosted over 30 student participants.
We had one student who stated, “I thought it was very informative and I really enjoyed listening to these unique positions that I have not heard of. It definitely helped and has given me new perspectives and ideas on what I want to do.”
This opportunity allowed students to learn more about what it is like once out of college as well as how they can benefit and use this information in application for their own futures.
We greatly appreciate everyone who helped us set up and put this event together! We look forward to hosting this wonderful event again next year!
