Bison Spotlight – Ashley Littlefield

Our next Bison Spotlight is upon Ashley Littlefield. Ashley is a member of the Class of 2021 from Scarborough, Maine, and she is majoring in Hospitality Management. Here on The Hill, she is a second-year Resident Assistant in Shamie Hall, an Admissions Ambassador, and a member of the Emerging Leaders Program. Outside of school and work, Ashley is a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and she likes to spend time with her Little. She also enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, going to concerts, traveling, and taking on spontaneous adventures! A fun fact about Ashley is that she has been to Disney more times than her age!

Ashley is about to begin her internship as a Resort Concierge Hostess for the Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World Resort. In this role, she will be serving as the first point of contact for guests staying on Walt Disney World Resort property. She will be conducting resort check-ins and confirming checkouts are completed, as well as overseeing folio briefing with departing resort guests. She will also be assisting guests with travel planning needs such as building itineraries around the theme parks, dining reservations, and ticket sales.

During her internship, Ashley is most looking forward to making her own magical moments for guests. Ashley’s best advice to others applying for the Disney College Program is, “Apply early and be patient! Review your application at least three times to make sure it contains all of the correct information. The application timeline is very scattered so be patient. You will know one way or another by the end of it all! Also, make connections early so you have people to share Disney passion and get excited with up until your arrival date!”

We want to thank Ashley for taking the time to share this with us. The CPDC Team wishes you the best of luck in this internship and in all of your future endeavors!
