On Thursday, October 21st, 2021, the Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) hosted the virtual Career Exploration Event: Managing the Herd. The event focused on our human resource management, hospitality management, sports management, real estate management, nonprofit management, entrepreneurial management, and management majors. Students met with table hosts to explore career paths related to these concentrations.
The event hosted 34 students who had the opportunity to network with professionals in the fields that our students are interested in. With an overall rating from the participants of 4.7/5, below are thoughts and comments from participants that demonstrate the success of the virtual event.
