Felicia is a senior Accounting major and is interning as a Bookkeeper at R&R Realty Management this summer!

Her duties include: coding vendor bills, assisting with bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, tracking accounts receivable, maintaining general ledger, and more!

“One thing I’ve learned is how to perform bank reconciliations. At first, it seemed intimidating, but now I understand how important it is for maintaining accurate financial records. It’s rewarding to match everything up and catch small errors before they become bigger issues. It’s given me a better appreciation for how day-to-day bookkeeping supports the overall financial health of a property.”

A great piece of advice she wants to share is to try not to be upset about rejection because it is just a redirection to something better!
