A management prepares students for careers as future leaders, as they learn to:

Develop communication skills to present clear and direct solutions to corporate problems
Exercise critical thinking and analytical abilities to interpret key business metrics quickly and correctly
Examine demonstrated ethical dilemmas that encourage social consciousness and civic responsibility

Management prepares students to become leaders in a myriad of fields and industries including but not limited to: Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Nonprofit Management and Real Estate Management – all options for Nichols College students.
