Management

A management prepares students for careers as future leaders, as they learn to: 

  • Develop communication skills to present clear and direct solutions to corporate problems 
  • Exercise critical thinking and analytical abilities to interpret key business metrics quickly and correctly 
  • Examine demonstrated ethical dilemmas that encourage social consciousness and civic responsibility 

Management prepares students to become leaders in a myriad of fields and industries including but not limited to: Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Nonprofit Management and Real Estate Management – all options for Nichols College students.
