Responsibilities:
– Implementing inclusive HR programs to meet the diverse needs of our workforce
– Enhancing recruitment and retention strategies for a more inclusive workplace
– Collaborating with employees and stakeholders to embed diversity & inclusion principles into agency practices
Key Initiatives Include:
– Coordinating and attending outreach and recruitment events to help foster diversity in our workforce -Analyzing employee feedback from exit surveys to enhance business practices
– Reviewing and proposing policy updates to promote inclusivity and accessibility at OGS
– Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, job postings, professional development programs, cultural events, and more
