Career Exploration Event - Prep for the Process: Landing the Town, State, or Federal Job

Event held in Davis 205/207. Join town, state and federal professionals to learn how to best prepare for opportunities in respective fields. Information will include the requirements for employment, application process, and career opportunities/benefits. Please bring your questions! **After the event, there will be optional mock interviews and networking in the Davis Lobby from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.** Professional Requirements: Professional dress required. Resumes are suggested if attending the optional networking/mock interview portion Meet our professional guests: Coming soon! How is this event going to work? This is a 60-minute presentation that is very interactive. There will be theater style seating and students are able to select their own seat. Students must stay the full time to receive event credit. Students that want to network further with guests and/or have a mock interview, are welcome to stay after the event from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. *Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on September 6th. *Business professional dress is encouraged. *This event is eligible for 3rd & 4th Year PDS credit and students must stay for the full time.

Town, state and federal professionals are welcome to join us regarding how to best prepare for opportunities in respective fields.
