CL Corbin & Co. is a leading branding and event management company committed to delivering exceptional experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated Email Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing captivating email campaigns and orchestrating customer journeys to elevate our clients’ online presence.
Job duties & responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective email campaigns. This includes designing templates, crafting compelling copy, and ensuring mobile responsiveness while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Work on the development and optimization of customer journeys, mapping the path from lead generation to conversion. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in the setup and management of automated email workflows, encompassing drip campaigns, welcome sequences, and transactional emails.
- Monitor email campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Offer recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure the seamless execution of email campaigns and customer journeys. Utilize project management tools like Asana for effective task coordination.
Qualifications & education
- Enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with the concept of customer journey mapping and a keen interest in enhancing customer experiences.
- Proficiency in email design, encompassing layout, graphics, and typography.
- Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp for design and deployment.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools for collaboration and productivity.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve email campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
