Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals with a positive attitude to join our team as Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Recovery Bridgers.
As a Recovery Bridger, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral health diagnoses on their journey toward recovery. Whether in group living environments (GLEs) or in community settings, you’ll help guide and empower individuals to achieve their personal recovery goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participates in the ongoing assessment and therapeutic engagement of ACCS team clients
- Works with consumers and staff in developing and implementing person-centered individual treatment plans
- Provides direct service, including social and emotional support, coupled with instrumental support to team clients
- Assists in the teaching of daily living skills; this includes teaching and assistance in medically necessary services such as grocery shopping, maintaining clean housing, utilizing public transportation, maintaining self-care, exploring employment opportunities, etc.
- Transports and/or accompanies clients to appointments which connect them to community resources and services
- Acts as an advocate for clients to secure needed services and financial entitlements
- Locates and/or establishes self-help and support groups for team clients, families, and/or significant others
- Maintains compliance with all applicable practice standards and guidelines
- Maintains client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times
- Completes all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with agency guidelines
- Maintains agency required productivity standards
Schedule:
- 5 day a week schedule (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
- 8 hour shifts (1st shift: 8am-4pm, 2nd shift: 4pm-12am, 3rd shift: 12am-8am)

Qualifications:
- A positive, caring, and hardworking attitude
- Compassion for individuals living with mental illness
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, an acceptable driving record, and a car (we offer mileage reimbursement)
Job Type: Full-time & Relief options
Pay: $20.60 per hour
