Come be the Ocean State Waves Public Address Announcer this summer! This is an opportunity to have your voice be heard every single night as a part of the best baseball being played in the state of Rhode Island. Students applying should be driven, looking for a career in the sports and entertainment field!
The Ocean State Waves are a 501(c)3 nonprofit community based summer collegiate baseball team, located in Wakefield, Rhode Island. The Waves play in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, the second best college summer baseball league in the country!
Students applying should have a working knowledge of the sport of baseball, and be comfortable with a higher stress, higher reward environment!
This is an unpaid internship. Housing is not provided. Student must be at 22 home games, reporting for 4:30pm nightly for prep work. Food is provided postgame.
