Intern Position: Project N95’s Mission: To deliver critical equipment to frontline workers as quickly as possible by driving transparency in the market and procurement best practices. Project N95 is the National COVID-19 Critical Equipment Clearinghouse for personal protective equipment (PPE) and critical equipment. Who We Are: We are a rapid response, non-profit organization. Frontline and healthcare organizations report their critical equipment needs and suppliers submit information about the products they have available. Then, our team conducts sourcing due diligence on all suppliers and products to accelerate provider organizations to make informed procurement decisions, quickly. Intern Role: We are seeking energetic, responsible interns to join our growing non-profit organization! In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and will work alongside renowned professionals in the government, healthcare, and tech industries. Possible Intern Duties and Responsibilities⮚ Participate in phone banking/hotline calls⮚ Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations⮚ Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files⮚ Manage databases and input information, data, and records⮚ Research and gather documentation on company positioning in healthcare industry; particular to the supplier/manufacturer industry⮚ Train on multiple platforms including Airtable, Slack, Intercom, and G-Suite⮚ Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emailsQualifications:⮚ High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit⮚ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)⮚ Must be 18 years of age⮚ Excellent written and verbal communication skills⮚ Self-directed and able to work without supervision⮚ Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas⮚ Willing to learn and adapt to a new, dynamic, evolving environment⮚ Must have computer and internet to access organization platformsTo apply: Fill out the Volunteer Application Form here- https://www.projectn95.org/roles.
