You are:
- A bachelor’s degree holder in the area of accounting or finance
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continual process improvement
- Highly organized, with strong interpersonal, phone, writing, and computer skills
- Able to take initiative to complete projects and use good judgment to solve problems
- Adept at using Excel, Quickbooks and online project management programs
- Good at multitasking and prioritizing
What you’ll do in this role:
- Develop project pricing and customer contracts
- Be responsible for customer onboarding and invoicing
- Ensure project profitability and quality
- Build purchase orders and work with vendors to keep projects on track
- Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including financial models
- Optimize production processes, including documenting new ones
- Calculate and document employee commissions
