High Level Program Overview:
The Hanover’s Internship Program provides college juniors (rising seniors) with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge and match your interests to a real job over the course of 10 weeks. Through the program, you will be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent including: leaders, managers, subject matter experts and recent graduates who are just getting started in our dynamic industry. Students who meet the internship criteria and who are accepted into the program are Hired into a specific position within one of our departments based on a combination of career interest, experience, skill set, and business need. As part of your experience, you will also participate in a cross-functional team building project focused on corporate philanthropy, as well as attend weekly development workshops with your intern peers.
Most of our internship opportunities are in our Home Office in Worcester, MA, but we occasionally have opportunities in our regional branch offices, which typically include: Howell, MI, Itasca, IL, Dallas, TX and Salem, VA, and Windsor, CT, and Columbia, MD.

Minimum Program Requirements:
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Length: The Hanover’s Internship Program is 10 weeks in duration throughout the summer (June – mid August).
Rewards: The Hanover’s Internship participants are competitively paid at an hourly rate.

Application Timeline: We will be taking applications for our summer 2020 program on an ongoing basis from September 2019 to February 2020, with many positions filled by mid-November.
