Identities can be an important part of your career and may influence how you explore your options, decide on opportunities, or approach your goals. Our goal in CPDC is to support our students in navigating their career development; this community aims to provide specific resources to community members who identify as BIPOC in navigating the job search, the workplace and overall career development.
