In the Nichols College Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC), our mission is to encourage students to pursue their professional aspirations by providing them with guidance, career development resources, and a variety of opportunities. We create an environment of self-discovery and skill-building through individualized career advising, engaging programs, and strategic partnerships with employers. We are committed to supporting each of our students and alumni throughout each phase of their career journey.

Services include: career coaching, internship and career-planning, application material reviews, graduate school advising, mock interviews, on-campus interview rooms, our Bison Boutique where you can rent business professional attire for free, and more.
