Boston Sports Academy has opening for the position of
Manager of Administration and Marketing
(Part time/ Hybrid with great flexibility)
We operate Basketball and Baseball programs in Greater Boston including camps, clinics and private instruction. We seek a highly motivated and high-end organized individual with strong personal qualities headed by integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. The position hybrid and offers great flexibility. Ability to commit longevity in position is our goal and will be a significant asset.
We value positive people who are high achievers. Person should be in the Greater Boston area and be available to register campers on first day in person in summer weeks.
Duties include Organizing all registrations including mailings, payments, spreadsheets, confirmations, camper medical forms. Work with local town and state boards of health to stay current with all regulations and documentations. We follow at State of Massachusetts Public Health expectations.
Organize coaching staff including commitment letters, medical forms, public health required documents Organizing financials for each camp including income and expenses for important analytical reviews. Recording salaries for 1099’s tax documents
Marketing component includes updated/managing regular email blasts to our clients advertising events thru icontact. In person registration on the first day at each of our summer camps (4). Phone calls to parents, coaches and others connected with camps. Research and Input updates of new coaches and new players is a constant
Other duties as needed per President.
8-10 hours per week
$20 per hour
Flexible hours/hybrid
Some on sight work mostly in summer
