We are currently seeking a part-time brand representative to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and products, driving brand awareness and building strong relationships with consumers and industry professionals. You will be responsible for promoting our brand at various events, educating customers, and embodying the true Masshole Spirit behind our products.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face and voice of Nimbus, embodying our values and representing our company with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Product Education: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Complete product line, including their origins, cultivation techniques, extraction methods, and unique qualities, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers and industry professionals.
- Event Promotion: Execute promotional events such as in-store pop ups, industry events, and product launches to raise brand awareness, attract new customers, and foster brand loyalty.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dispensaries, budtenders, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to promote our brand and facilitate sales.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a consistent brand message and assist in driving sales by providing product knowledge, training, and support to retail partners.
- Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with our online community through social media platforms, including responding to comments, sharing content, and promoting brand events and initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and product enhancements.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, opinions, and preferences regarding our products, packaging, and marketing campaigns to help inform decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant legal regulations and company policies, ensuring ethical and responsible behavior while promoting our brand and products.
Qualifications:
- Must be over 21
- Passion for Craft Cannabis: Demonstrated enthusiasm for the craft cannabis industry, including knowledge of strains, cultivation techniques, extraction methods, and consumption trends.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a talent for engaging and connecting with diverse audiences.
- Outgoing Personality: Natural ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with customers, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Sound understanding of cannabis products, including different strains, their effects, terpenes, cannabinoids, and consumption methods.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with sales techniques, promotional strategies, and brand marketing principles to effectively promote our products and generate interest.
- Professionalism: Ability to represent our brand professionally and responsibly, adhering to ethical standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate events and promotional activities.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods, lift and carry promotional materials, and set up and dismantle event displays as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License: Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations for events and engagements.
