JOB SUMMARY
As a part-time intern on the Employer Branding team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing MAPFRE’s brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth through strategic social media initiatives supporting Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Corporate Volunteering, Sustainability, Total Rewards, and Fundación MAPFRE in the United States.
- Must be on site in Webster, MA
- Part time internship is between 15-18 hours per week. Can be 2 days a week for 7.75 hours per day at 15.5 hours per week or 3 days a week for 6 hours per day at 18 hours per week.
- This position is for 10 weeks from date of hire starting mid-May/no later than June 3rd. Schedule/hours to be consistent each week
Qualifications
- Undergraduate (Rising Senior) Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or Graduate Student (Final Year) Majors and/or Coursework preferred; Marketing and/or Market Research Digital Marketing Communication
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn in a professional or academic setting
- Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling content
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Strong database skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (i.e. Canva)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well independently
- Strong attention to detail
