Sales Representative Intern

Job Description:
Reporting to the NeuroSync Business Development Manager, the intern has strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication, and teamwork. They must work well in a fast paced sales environment, think creatively, can initiate conversations via remote & direct sales efforts. They are self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
The Sales Intern will expand their sales skillset by promoting and selling NeuroSync’s services through professional marketing and sales channels. This will include cold calling, automated email campaigns, and outreach via LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales in assigned territory
• Effectively sell NeuroSync’s sales message to all customers in the targeted territory
• Accurately forecast and maintain a region’s business for assigned and acquired products as required for current and prospective customers
• Achieve individual quota on a weekly vs monthly basis
• Develop and execute business plans for targeted accounts. Complete a territory business analysis for management review on a quarterly basis
• Utilize cold calling and other prospecting techniques to identify and obtain new clients
• Effectively manage business for assigned territory
• Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily call expectations
• Update and sync all relevant customer account information into NeuroSync’s CRM
• Perform other duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers and prospects
- Cold Calling and Sales Email Experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Google Suite, and Salesforce is required
- Valid Drivers License required
- Basic understanding of NeuroSync mission and technology
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with customers (executives, physicians, etc.) and employees
- Sales experience in diagnostic & therapeutics a plus
Job Type:
This is a Full Time Inside sales internship with a $1-4K earned via performance in summer end stipend.
